The Psalm is the starting place for "In Your Shade," actually written by Lacey while camping in the Wenatchee National Forest out in Leavenworth, WA. It was, in fact, the heat of summer.
This Sunday's Gospel will follow Jesus into the wilderness, where he will be famished and tempted. We, too, will follow.
